Returns must be sent back to us within 5 days of receiving your order. You must notify us by email at customerservice@prettyprimandpersonal.com that you will be returning your item. Please include the following information in your email: Your Name, Order #, Item(s) Returning, Reason For Return, Picture of Your Invoice & Tracking #. There is no need to wait for instructions from us to send your return back.

Eligible returns will be accepted for store credit only. Absolutely no refunds will be given. We will issue your store credit via email once we've received your return. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your store credit.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed & free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, etc. All product tags must be attached.

Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order. If you have received an incorrect item, we must be notified within 1 day of receiving your order. If these are not reported within the time frame, a store credit will not be issued to you. 

**Please note** All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Final Sale Items include: all bath & body products, skincare products, bodysuits & all items found under the Sale Category. These items are not eligible for return - NO EXCEPTIONS.

We are constantly bringing in new clothes and jewelry, but in limited quantities; therefore, we cannot perform exchanges on any merchandise or put any merchandise on hold.

Please follow the normal return procedure to receive a store credit that can be applied towards your next order.
